Abstract

This article seeks to examine how AI is more than merely a device for automation — how it is also a mechanism for structural change, inclusion and trust in financial systems. The article integrates secondary data with expert opinion, and demonstrates how in Uzbekistan, AI in fintech is becoming the “invisible hand” of market effectiveness and the “visible hand” of digital governance. Personal reflections are also singled out in this paper.
